Key Responsibilities:

About the Role:

• Execute on Asia Pac / India real estate plans to deliver on key GRE portfolio metrics.
• Partner with internal functions and external Real Estate providers for transaction, design and project management to ensure the successful execution of real estate strategies and enable the businesses to meet their objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior management in the business across Asia Pac / India region striving to provide excellent customer service in all the aspects of delivery from the Global Real Estate (GRE) team.
• Manage the integrity of data across the region to enable proactive portfolio management and optimize C&W’s client’s use of its property assets across the region, exploiting cost and space reduction opportunities.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Management, or Finance.
• At least 5 years of Corporate Real Estate function experience with MNC.
• Experience influencing and driving results through external partners including leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
• Experience in financial analysis and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of the India market, with at least 5 years of experience in dealing with India transactions is mandatory.

About the role

• Pitching and winning assignments for valuation & advisory team

• Prepare and write valuation reports on real estate properties and markets.

• Gather, analyse and organize information systematically

• This role will conduct valuation assessments, market studies and write formal reports for all types of real estate properties, including commercial, industrial, land hotel, residential and others; and any other ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company’s discretion.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Valuation & Advisory Executive Director

• Help to coach and train junior valuers. 

• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.

About you

• 7-10 years of relevant experience

• Degree in real estate or equivalent

• Member of SISV and an licensed appraiser (optional)

• Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills and ability to handle pressure

Change Impact Assessments

• Partner with Client FOW Transformation Team to assess and update change impact assessment based on latest workplace strategy, design directions and any proposed operational changes.
  Monitor and track change impacts, change interventions
  

Stakeholder Engagements

• Plan, develop, execute and manage stakeholder engagement activities. This is done in partnership with Client FOW Transformation Team
  Design and develop stakeholder engagement content, collaterals
  Gather feedback and concerns from stakeholders, maintain database on stakeholder feedback and concerns

Job Requirement
