• Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan, Checklist, Procedures and review of construction drawings.
• Material receiving inspection of pipes, fittings, gaskets, valves, flanges, Steel Structure, bolts & nuts in compliance to material list, mill certificates, test reports and correct ,material specification.
• Control of quality for piping and steel stucture fabrication such as fit-up, welding, visual and dimensional inspection conforming to approved for construction drawings.
• Responsible for issuance of Non-Conformance Reports if any violation and out of standard for piping works.
• Conducts quality coordination meeting and initiate corrective and preventive action.
• Inspection of piping spools, steel structure fabrication, installation and testing.
• Preparation of all inspection reports and clearance of dossier at close up.

Requirements

Must possess bachelor degree

Must possess CSWIP 3.1/AWS

Must have Marine shipyard experience

Inspection of Electrical Equipment function test and Illumination level testing of lighting system.

Responsible for all field quality verification and inspection activities according to method of statement, inspection and test plans such as cable pulling and termination of Instrument cables, installation of cable tray, installation of field mounted Instrument, witness calibration check of Instrument to higher accuracy
To ensure all work, tests and inspections undertaken is in accordance with the Specifications/Contract Requirements and signs the relevant Test Certificates.
Review of all instrument accepted documents such as Instrument data sheet, vendor drawings, Instrument and Piping diagram with latest revisions, quality control inspection report documents signed by QC inspector and Owner representatives. Inspection of E&I installation cabinet Monitoring control cabinet wiring, Termination, cable routing and cable tray installation. Inspection of Switch Gear Panel installation, Cable Termination
