Job Description:
Manage the procurement activities of direct materials, including review and convert Purchasing. Requisition (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO); resolve invoice, or quality related discrepancies.
Sending requirements to suppliers : Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for information (RFI) using digital tools.
Purchase price analysis and price negotiations; Identification and realization of savings potentials,
Close cooperation with the stake holders and suppliers.
Supplier management including supplier set up, supplier evaluation and development.
Optimization of existing supply chain processes and participation in project teams.
Leverage existing procurement processes and compliance while seeking to identify best management practices. Using a continual improvement mindset to create efficient processes.
We are looking for:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economy or similar areas,
+4 years professional experience in a similar position,
Knowledge of Procurement / Supply Chain activities with a broad solid understanding of operational, activities across a range of businesses.
Previous experience of working in Supply Chain Management
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Strong communication and negotiation skills;
