Responsibilities:

1. Perform inspection of pressure vessel, piping including stage, final inspection and tank inspections.
2. Perform corrosion monitoring inspection and coordination with NDT team
3. Submit daily and weekly reports to client on the inspection findings.
4. Perform QA/QC welding inspections at site.
5. To handle the QA/QC inspection activities in structural fabrication projects, skid manufacturer clients, pressure vessels, pipe spools etc
6. Provide Lead auditor services for various clients at various manufacturing companies.
7. Knowledge of WPS/PQR and WQT tests.

Job requirements:

1. Must have Diploma or bachelor degree in engineering
2. Must have valid API 510, API 570 and API 653 Certificate.
3. Must have Welding inspector certificate under AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.1
4. Must have NDT level II certificates in MPI, PT, UT and RT
5. Must have IRCA QMS lead auditor certification.
6. Must be a Saudi Aramco and Singapore welding society approved welding inspector
7. Must have more than 5 years’ work experience in Shell Bukom.
8. Knowledge in code book like AWS, ASME, API codes
9. Must have a good knowledge about MT,PT,UT,RT Methods.
10. Must having an inspection experience in Exchanger,pressure vessels, Pumps, compressors, valves, well head equipment’s, Tanks and Piping.

Job Description:

• Manage the procurement activities of direct materials, including review and convert Purchasing. Requisition (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO); resolve invoice, or quality related discrepancies.
• Sending requirements to suppliers : Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for information (RFI) using digital tools.
• Purchase price analysis and price negotiations; Identification and realization of savings potentials,
• Close cooperation with the stake holders and suppliers.
• Supplier management including supplier set up, supplier evaluation and development.
• Optimization of existing supply chain processes and participation in project teams.
• Leverage existing procurement processes and compliance while seeking to identify best management practices. Using a continual improvement mindset to create efficient processes.

We are looking for:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economy or similar areas,
• +4 years professional experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of Procurement / Supply Chain activities with a broad solid understanding of operational, activities across a range of businesses.
• Previous experience of working in Supply Chain Management
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Strong communication and negotiation skills;
