Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured and diverse data sources, generating actionable insights and solutions for management.
• Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to clean, integrate, and assess large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
• Collaborate with business experts to enrich data and extract meaningful insights that can be applied to develop actionable solutions.
• Automate repetitive data tasks to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Create data visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Support Global IFF Business Control in tasks and projects as needed.
• Provide assistance in administrative matters and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) as required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in a data science role (Experience in a similar industry is a plus)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/ Powershell/ VBA/ SQL with hands-on experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with the capacity to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
