• To manage inbound and outbound and operation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
• Create job order in Transport Management System
• Co-ordinate with customers on the details of vessels, estimated time of arrival, status of ESM, customs documentation availability
• Update all vessel related information in Transport Management System for Traffic Controller to execute trucking operation
• Assist Traffic Controller in job deployment to drivers
• Assist Traffic Controller to process drivers’ petty claims
• Assist Traffic Controller to in resolving issues with customer orders such as delivery issues, shipment discrepancy and coordinate with drivers in change in instructions.

Requirements:

• GCE O level required. Candidate with relevant experience may apply
• 2 years' experience and knowledge of container trucking, shipping procedures and practices
• Experience in port net, PSA operation
• Customer Service - Respond promptly to requests for service and assistance as needed. Follow up as needed.
• Planning / Organization - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities/deadlines and shift priorities as necessary. Uses time effectively
• Detail Oriented - Attention to details and accuracy
• Proficient use of MS Windows and Office
• Experience in Transport Management System or similar applications is preferred
