Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, inventory control, and ensuring the store remains clean and well-organized.
• Meeting sales objectives, tracking performance, and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. Analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities and managing expenses while recommending cost-saving measures to enhance profitability
• Ensuring the store staff upholds exceptional customer service standards. Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly. Creating a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty.
• Managing product placement and visual displays to maximize sales and create an attractive shopping atmosphere, in line with company policies.
• Implementing training programs and overseeing store staff. Setting performance expectations, providing continuous feedback, and managing shift schedules and payroll. Motivating and engaging employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities. Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies and providing feedback to the Cluster Manager.
• Enforcing company policies and procedures, staying informed about industry trends, and applying best practices to improve store operations.
• Other ad hoc been assigned

Requirement:

• At least 3 years working experience as retail store manager
• Experience with daily retail store operation
• Experience in supervising retail staff
• Experience with MS Office
• Good in Leadership and Management Skills
