Responsibilities:
- Cold calling to gain/develop new businesses
- Coordinate and execute sales activities with external and internal customer and cross business units to meet sales goals
- Account management by asking clients for updates and feedback
- Understanding Job orders and feasibility
- Candidate sourcing and shortlisting of suitable candidates for Clients
- Streamlining of search and requirements with Clients
- Continuous enhancement and refinement of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness for our corporate activity.
- Account management and customer care to Clients as well as to Candidates
- Regular sales review and updates on business activity
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- NITEC and above
- Self-motivated, hardworking, organized and a team player
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Preferably to come with CEI Certificate
