Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of cleaners & team lead in carrying out cleaning works and maintaining cleanliness of the assigned areas.
- To oversee and plan work activities of cleaning staff in commercial and residential establishments
- Able to perform cleaning jobs / hand on whenever required for homes and offices assignment.
- Handle feedback and complaints, respond to customer’s request promptly.
- To take regular inventory check of cleaning supplies and maintain all cleaning equipment to ensure seamless execution of daily cleaning activities
- To train new / existing site staff where applicable.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent
- Candidates with minimum 3 years experience in cleaning or related field are preferred
- Possesses good working attitude and able to multi-tasking, self-driven.
- Able to manage their time well
- Able to handle conflicts
- Work well under pressure
