Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the group of companies, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & Exit Clearance, etc
Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing.
Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues.
To support administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
Hands on and very familiar with entire payroll processing, reporting & statutory board declarations including liaison with outsourced payroll vendors.
Participate in corporate projects and help organise staff events.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.
Requirement
At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
Meticulous, organized and highly dependable.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Able to work independently and a good team player.
