Looking for Senior Hairstylist
Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge of hairdressing shop service procedures and norms, serving customers in a polite manner and provide general hairdressing consulting services.
2. Pay attention to customer needs and provide hairstyle according to customers’ requirements.
3. Be independent to carry out work which includes shampoo, haircut, blow, perm, and hair colour.
4. Know how to use hairdressing supplies, tools and equipment. Including checking of functionalities of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
5. Able to lead/guide assistant hairstylist and provide customers with quality services.
6. Introducing suitable products and services to customers and keep up on customers satisfactory level.
Skills:
1. Identifying and consulting the needs and preference of customers and giving customers the professional advices.
2. Understanding and learning on company's protocols and products to provide great and correct services.
3. Keeping up with the latest trends and build on creativity on styles and colours.
4. Customer service and relationship building with customers.
5. Having attention to details to customers, shop premises and company. Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
6. Knowledge to the safety and cleanliness standards.
