We are looking for a responsible Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project activities starting from pre-sales to delivery.
Project Manager responsibilities include working closely with our Head of Delivery to prepare action plans, including resources, administration, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedules, along with administrative duties, maintaining project documentation, stakeholder and contract management. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver quality results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Manager’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards with satisfied clients.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- To drive and support stakeholder engagement and management (i.e. clients, project stakeholders and interns). To foster and develop relationships with clients.
- To work cross-functionally with stakeholders throughout the company, including delivery, interns recruitment and management, tender and procurement, project coordination and delivery etc.
- To support the Head of Delivery to eliminate project impediments and quality delivery to clients.
- To act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- To be competent in managing a suite of Information systems that are required to support company operations.
- To drive continuous improvement in company operations and processes.
- To prepare all appropriate paperwork & artifacts (e.g. contracts and tenders) for management review.
- To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role with proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with project tenders
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- Graduates are welcome to apply
