Key Responsibilities:

• To develop and execute Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) initiatives and programs aligned with Company’s mission and values.
• Ensuring that stakeholders are aware of the company’s sustainability practices, policies, and that everyone is helping to enforce them.
• Facilitating and engaging artistic workshops and classes for the public, sharing expertise and inspiring creativity.
• Planning and execution of internal and external community events such as organizing philanthropy events, supporting community initiatives, organizing employee volunteer days, promote employee wellness programs, etc.
• Build strong relationships with local communities and partner organizations to foster collaboration and create positive social impact.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve our CSR practices.
• Evaluate the impact of CSR activities that help the business work toward meeting its established corporate citizenship goals by providing regular reports to the board and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated CSR professionals.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
• Passion for art and creativity, with a strong artistic background.
• Highly experience in facilitating workshops and classes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• A deep personal commitment to corporate social awareness.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build a community and activate others; adaptable to different cultures and business environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, innovative in action.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in exhibiting artwork and receiving awards in art competitions.
• Proficiency in various artistic techniques, such as drawing, painting, or sculpting.
