Main Responsibilities:

Internal Operations:

• Manage daily internal operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows between departments.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, coordinating activities across cross-functional teams.
• Assist in implementing and executing operational policies and procedures.

Accounting:

• Handle basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing.
• Prepare financial reports, assist in budgeting, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support tax filing efforts and communicate with external accountants as needed.

Administrative Support:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and executives.
• Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with Web3 or Fintech industry experience.
• High level of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining daily financial records and ledgers.
• Collaborate with external accounting vendors to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the hedge fund manager and its potentially affiliated single-family office.
• Work with external compliance and accounting vendors to prepare periodic MAS reporting.
• Coordinate with various parties and assist in the annual audit process.
• Handle GST and other tax filings.
• Address internal management requests for customized financial reporting.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related areas.
• Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
• Professional work ethics and high integrity.
• Experience in QuickBooks is a plus.
