Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including bank and cash-related business, ensuring accurate account reconciliation and managing daily receipts and payments.
• Lead and verify staff reimbursements and local payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage daily accounting processes, intercompany transactions reconciliation, and ensure the accuracy of financial information while maintaining robust internal controls.
• Develop, prepare, and present comprehensive financial management reports, including data analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning to meet company objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory financial reports and provide full support during internal and external audits.
• Possess a deep understanding of taxation and lead coordination with tax service agencies to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Independently oversee the financial operations of the company in Singapore, ensuring compliance with local laws and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations, influencing the company's strategic direction.
• Drive financial process improvements and system enhancements to optimize efficiency and scalability.

Competency Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA qualification is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership position.
• Prior experience in the gaming or internet service industry is highly advantageous.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience working in or with one of the Big 4 accounting firms is a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory and taxation requirements, with the ability to coordinate effectively with external agencies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a strong aptitude for data analysis and interpretation.
