Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to optimize clinic performance and profitability.
- Oversee the operations of multiple clinics, ensuring uniformity in service quality and adherence to corporate standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to ensure cost-effective operations and profitability.
- Evaluate and enhance clinic workflows, introducing technology or processes that improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and corporate policies.
Sales Leadership and Business Growth
- Design and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize campaigns that drive client acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, such as product suppliers or corporate clients, to expand business opportunities.
- Develop pricing models, promotions, and packages to attract and retain high-value clients.
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage clinic managers and their teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Set KPIs for clinic staff, conduct performance reviews, and implement training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Act as a key liaison between clinic teams and senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Resolve escalated client concerns and operational challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Recruit top talent to build and sustain a capable and motivated team.
Client Experience and Innovation
- Ensure the highest standards of client care, creating a seamless and luxurious customer journey.
- Innovate service offerings, introducing cutting-edge treatments or products to maintain market leadership.
- Gather and act on client feedback to continuously refine and improve services.
Requirements:
- Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing high-end aesthetics or healthcare beauty clinics, including multiple locations.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Education:Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Key Competencies: Strong leadership skills with experience managing mid-sized teams (10–20 members).
Exceptional sales and business development expertise, with the ability to meet and exceed financial targets.
Analytical mindset to interpret financial reports, sales data, and operational KPIs for decision-making.
