Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for the financial management of the regional company in each country, including financial team management, operation management, budget supervision and management;
tracking and analyzing the completion of the financial indicators and budgets, and timely reveal and early warning of potential operational and management problems for senior decision-making reference.
Participate in the company's major decision-making, and propose forward-looking early warning and measures in terms of finance, capital, risk control and policy.
Establish financial rules that adapt to the development of overseas business by connecting companies and regions.
Fully responsible for listing matters, including but not limited to approving financial statements, public information, pricing, IPO, roadshow.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance and economics, international investment banking + technology company background or US stocks Priority of financial technology;
- More than 10 years of experience in managing multinational financial teams; Have successful experience in investment M&A and post investment management, build the whole IPO process from 0 to 1, and have successful listing experience;

Finance Manager/Senior Accountant

We are representing a global technology firm in search for a Finance Manager to join their team

Job descriptions:

• Handle full sets of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet schedules (cash flow analysis) on a monthly basis.
• Monitor and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing procedures.
• Develop and implement processes, controls, transaction flows to mitigate risks for the group.
• Manage tax compliance matters, including GST filing, filing withholding tax payments and tax planning for efficiency.
• Prepare management reports for planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate audit schedule, address auditor queries, and prepare financial statements and accompanying schedules.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as required by management.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on finance and accounts experience
• Experience with ERP and online accounting software eg. Xero, QuickBooks, Netsuite or Zohobooks is preferred
• Prior experience in tech would be preffered
