Key Accountabilities:

• Spearhead employer's global public relations team, ensuring seamless operations and fostering continuous growth across diverse regions.
• Cultivate and strengthen employer's media partnerships worldwide, establishing enduring relationships built on trust and mutual benefit with key media stakeholders in Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe, and beyond.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for employer, uncovering captivating narratives and amplifying brand awareness and recognition through innovative B2B and B2C initiatives.
• Oversee content promotion, press releases, and other strategic efforts for multiple game products at various stages, driving the success of game publishing endeavors.
• Lead or participate in employer's corporate social responsibility (CSR) and government relations (GR) initiatives across multiple regions, nurturing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, with at least 3 years of team management experience and a proven track record of leading multinational teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry and esports landscape, with priority given to candidates with relevant experience in internet or gaming companies.
• Expertise in media relations management, employer brand development, crisis management, and other PR functions, with preference for candidates who have independently managed a company's PR function.
• Experience in government relations and corporate social responsibility is a plus.
• Open to learning, embracing new challenges, and adapting to changing environments.
