Job Description:

1. Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
2. Work as Resident Technical Officer to our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near-misses. Report any non-compliance to RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).
3. Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/ bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alignment of roadways, fencing and construction.
4. Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.
5. Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.
6. Willing to work on rotation shifts.
7. Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.
8. Ensure that contractor and their subcontractor comply with client's safety requirement, and safety checklists are follow.
9. Reject poor quality of works at site and inform RE to raise non-conformance notice.
10. Assist RE to manage and maintain records and documentation on field or site changes and to monitor adherence to construction schedule.
11. Carry out standing supervision for critical site activities based.
12. Preferably PR and Singaporean.

Responsibilities:

• To assist to liaise and co-ordinate with LTA, authorities, Consultants and stakeholders.
• To ensure risk assessment and safe working procedure are properly executed on site.
• To conduct daily health, safety and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Project Safety Team.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, develop environmental control plan & liaise with NEA (such as report submission, etc.).
• Proper documentation of all EHS records, certificates, notice and official related EHS correspondence.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in construction for LTA projects.
• NEA registered ECO.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations.

Job Title: WSHO (Safety Officer)

Occupation: Safety Officer

Responsibilities

1. Discharge duties as relevant in the WSH Act, WSH (Workplace Safety and Health (Officers) Regulations and Environmental Public Health Act

2. Implement and maintain WSH Management system.

3. Assist the WSH committee chairman, act as secretary to the committee and provide advise to the WSH Committee members in relevant to WSH matters.

4. Conduct team/ individual WSHE inspections and produce relevant reports and follow-ups and statistics

5. Organize / conduct WSHE briefing/ training /WSH Campaign to all employees.

6. Develop and maintain the Risk Management system of the project.

7. To investigate any incidents/accidents and advise on the remedial measures to be take into prevent any recurrence;

8. To recommend to the occupier of the workplace or other in charge of the workplace reasonably practicable measures;

Requirements:

At least 10 years LTA/MRT WSHO working experience in construction industry

Familiar with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and GGBS preferred

MOM Registered WSH Officer, NEA Environmental Control Officer.

Good communication skills to liaise with associates, clients, government authorities.
