Duties and Responsibility:
- Reporting to Contracts Manager
- Prepare tender submission; handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments
- Measurement, Pricing and Cost Estimation
- Able to provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction.
- Able to communicate with other Departments in dealing with various documents and issues.
- Prepare and submit monthly payment claim to client.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification.
· Experienced in contract administration of rail or civil engineering projects.
· Including at least 3 years of experience in LTA’s project
· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
· Proficiency in MS Office
