Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Singapore office and manage all aspects of the business operations.
- Develop and execute strategies that align with the company’s global objectives and drive growth.
- Oversee financial performance, business planning, and compliance with both Singapore and Japan regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders in Japan and Singapore, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication between the Singapore office and headquarters in Japan.
- Provide leadership and direction to senior management and staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Managing Director or similar position.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese to effectively liaise with stakeholders in Japan.
- Strong understanding of both Singapore and Japan regulations, business practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate and lead in a cross-cultural environment.
- Knowledge of financial management, strategic planning, and business development.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in industry/sector.
- Previous experience working in Japan is highly desirable.
