Supervise and coordinate all aspects of building and/or remodeling assigned houses efficiently and safely; Maintain build schedules, schedule inspections, coordinate daily site work and activities, maintain quality standards, and ensure house(s) are completed by the scheduled move-in day.
Train volunteers in the safe usage of tools and equipment to prevent both injuries and damage.
Ensure a safe jobsite always.
Ability and willingness to communicate in a clear, open, and thoughtful manner.
Works regularly with project managers, engineers, and planners to define construction work package breakdown structure, requirements of work package content, and priority of package development.
Maintains accurate and current project documentation necessary to archive and close out a project.
Supports area team concepts and cooperative efforts among all refinery groups and departments.
