Job brief

1. We are looking for a thorough Installation and Services Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of F & B equipment. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as installation, servicing, troubleshooting, etc.

2. An installation & services Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.

3. The goal is to maintain the installation of the product and after-sales services and lease equipment in the best possible condition.

Responsibilities

1. Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.

2. Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.

3. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.

4. Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

5. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

6. Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.

7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

8. Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as Installation and Services Technician

2. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems

3. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

4. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

5. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

6. Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

8. Holding Driving License Class 3 (with actual driving experience)

9. Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor'sDegree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.

10. Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)

11. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

13. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent

Responsibilities for this role:

• Manage company e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize website design to improve user experience on websites based on company online strategy
• Handle uploading/updating of products on the website, edit photos / copywrite to ensure products displayed correctly with detailed product information and compelling descriptions together with related product contents
• Create advertising materials for products
• Track site performance and product updates
• Implement online sales and marketing strategies to generate interest and create awareness.
• Generating online traffic and process website order to increase profitability.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media marketing campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and other campaigns, including newsletters for subscribers
• Maximize SEO rankings
• Able to construct SEM campaign and measurement
• Set up weekly reporting trackers using Google Analytics and Netsuite
• Create campaigns to promote the company’s products/services by blasting promotions via email, social media, WhatsApp, Wechat etc.
• Compile periodic market analysis and report
• Address all queries from webstore visitors/customers on a timely & courteous

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and e-commerce site
• Knowledge of Photoshop, managing online shopping platforms
• Adobe creative suite skills, Excel skills, and basic HTML skills
• Good spoken/Written English & Chinese communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Must have good knowledge on how E-commerce & M-commerce works
• Prior WordPress experience is an advantage
• 5 Working days 9.00am-6:00pm + weekend alternate half day 9.00am-1.00pm
• Available immediately would be highly preferable.

- Develop web, interactive, mobile and robotics applications.

- Translate concepts into actual implementation with a focus on usability and speed.

- Handle all software and web development work.

- Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers.

- Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to assess user experience and functionality of application front end.

- Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and incorporate the findings in the development.

- Maintaining and enhancing the website once built.

Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Node.js/Express.js/AngularJS , Python/PHP etc.

4. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
