Role: Assistant Pet Groomer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in grooming pets, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming areas and tools, adhering strictly to SOPs.
- Provide a positive and calming experience for pets, handling them with patience and care.
- Support the team in daily operations, including customer interaction and appointment management.
- (Bonus) Engage with customers to promote grooming packages and products.
