Job Description:
- Prepare technical solution to address customer requirements
- Able to trouble shoot & rectify Videowall systems would be an advantage
- Monitor customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, & alerts the sales teams to potential risks of deal closure
- Provides training to customers when needed
- Follows & shares market technological needs & evolution with technical integration team
- Knowledge of audio visual is a must with emphasis on visualization integration. Also, knowledge in basic networking (TCP/IP) is recommended
- Experienced in Videowall configuration & design will be an added advantage
- To install, commission & service command center videowall systems
- To assist in project implementation
- Constantly learn & improve on new technologies related to our solution
- Any other task assigned on a daily basis
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering/IT or any other relevant qualifications
- Preferably to have 3 years technical support experience in Command Center Videowall/Projection System/ Audio Visual System
- Good knowledge in networking & IT will be an added advantage
- Hands on experience on trouble-shooting & end-user support (of projection systems) will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Be committed, self-motivated, energetic team player & result-oriented
- Responsible & pro-active with positive work attitude
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for managerial posting
