Job Scope:
- In charge of all the food processing machinery maintenance for grinding, roasting and mixing of spices, riceand pulses
- Efficiently and effectively manage and operate assigned machinery according to the standardized operating procedures, guides and manual for day to day operations
- In case of machine breakdown, should be able handle the situation and do the necessary rectifications. Should be also able to advice accordingly if external parts are required
- Maintenance includes sharpening of grinding plates for grinding machine and also assisting in daily operations of mixing and grinding of spices
- Machinery has to be serviced every week based on production schedule and ensure efficient use of resources and minimization of wastage
- Ensure the correct cleaning and sanitation of machinery are rendered following Good Manufacturing Practices after necessary maintenance is done
- Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned following the SOPs.
Job Requirement
- A good team player to achieve production targets and strong skills to work with least supervision.
- Self motivated / Keen to learn and grow in the food & beverage / manufacturing industry
- Able to be on the feet for long hours
- Candidates with relevant experience in F&B / Manufacturing sector are preferable
- 5.5 days week with OT's & perks
