Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, and meat.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning work surfaces, and sweeping floors.
• Assist Main chef with basic cooking tasks, such as boiling, frying, and sauce preparation.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly and report any issues for repair.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies, ensuring freshness and availability.
• Assist in plating and presenting dishes during busy periods.
• Adhere to kitchen safety and hygiene standards to prevent accidents and food contamination.
