Are you a creative and driven professional with a passion for corporate communications? Join our dynamic team and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a Corporate Communications Associate to manage and enhance our internal and external communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications:
- Maintain and update corporate materials for presentations and submissions.
- Create, manage, and curate content for communication channels, including website, social media, and internal communications.
- Manage awards timelines and submissions, ensuring timely and high-quality entries.
- Liaise with institutions, agencies, and vendors to produce marketing collateral.
- Update and oversee corporate certifications and ensure compliance.
- Source and procure corporate gifts for various occasions.
- Develop and collaborate on corporate culture initiatives, such as team-building activities and CSR events.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the department.
Marketing Communications:
- Coordinate and create marketing and branding materials across print and digital platforms.
- Work with advertisers, publishers, and printers to ensure timely delivery of ad submissions and marketing materials.
- Copyedit, design, update, and produce company brochures and other promotional materials.
- Manage and update the Firm's website and social media accounts.
- Coordinate and prepare media or public relations materials as needed.
- Organize project photoshoots when required and prepare related materials.
Qualifications:
- A degree from a recognized university, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Skills & Attributes:
- Bilingual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in internal communications, social media management, public relations, and copywriting.
- Self-motivated and independent with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Effective team player with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Graphic design skills are an added advantage.
