Responsibilities
Sales Management:
Managing the day-to-day operations of personal sales at designated roadshow locations, including sales targets, customer servicing by conducting direct sales acquisition activities.
Customer service and engagement:
Providing customer support to cardmembers with enquiries with regards to card application, gift, fees, benefits. Assisting customer with instructions on App downloads, registration and application process.
Compliance:
Ensuring the sales process is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Problem Solving:
Addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that may arise in the roadshow environment.
Requirements
- Basic sales or customer service experience
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Ability to clearly articulate various products, campaign to potential customers
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and self-motivated
- Result-oriented and goal-driven
- Team-player and keen learner
- Willing to work at various locations around the island
