Collaborate with all divisions and work closely with them to understand their specific procurement needs and business objectives.
Check reasonableness of bid analysis, review and process requisition and purchase orders for supplies
Ensure procurement activities are managed effectively, prioritising budget and cost control while ensuring that all actions align with governance requirements and organizational priorities.
Build a culture of procurement compliance through continuous improvement and training to stakeholders.
Support budgetary planning and costing.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of procurement policies is preferred.
Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Able to work well independently and in a team under a challenging and fast-paced environment
