The Business Development Manager will orchestrate the strategic expansion of our company, embodying sophistication and vision in his/her pursuit of new avenues for growth. Entrusted with fostering enduring client relationships, they will champion our distinguished services encompassing design & budgeting consultancy, project management, and F&B consultancy. Steering the comprehensive spectrum of operations from space planning and design to meticulous cost management, construction, statutory submissions, and project closure, they will manifest an unwavering commitment to excellence. Through their astute leadership and refined communication, the Business Development Manager will elevate our prominence and perpetuate our legacy of unparalleled service within the industry.
Specific responsibilities:
1. Spearhead strategic initiatives to identify and cultivate new business opportunities in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
2. Cultivate and nurture enduring client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador for our services.
3. Promote and showcase our comprehensive suite of offerings, including design & budgeting consultancy, project management, and F&B consultancy.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, from space planning and design to meticulous cost management and construction.
5. Oversee the timely and accurate submission of statutory requirements, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
6. Develop and implement tailored business development strategies to penetrate new markets and sectors.
7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
8. Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
