The role will involve salon management and you will need to be a fully qualified, confident, creative hairdresser and scalp knowledge with at least 6 years of experience.

You Should Be Customer-focused and passionate about the hair industry Exceptional at building great relationships with clients

Focused on training, networking and identifying areas of growth for the salon

Able to manage everyday duties like bookings, orders, stocktaking, processing payments and bookkeeping Experienced in cutting, coloring, and styling

Roles & Responsibilities

• Advice and consult clients on hair designs

• Performs advanced hair cutting and creative hair colouring

• Styles hair （curls, braids, ponytails, and updos）

• Upsells clients on products and services.

• Develops ongoing relationships with clients.

• Follows all salon policies and procedures.

• Adhoc duties assigned

• Development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy (online and offline marketing collaterals, events, advertising and promotions)
• Handle all design activities from conceptualization to production for digital marketing materials like website banner, product brochures, electronics mailers, videos, online collaterals, etc
• Establish design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
• Manage and assist on all collaterals production (in-house print of Posters, Flyers, coupons, etc.)
• Plan and create marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube and other channels
• Website(wordpress) content update and management
• SEO

REQUIREMENTS

• Support any other projects and initiatives that require customer support (Launches/ surveys)
• Support all feedback/ Customer Service channels (Facebook, Instagram, Website etc)
• Undertake ad-hoc project and responsibilities as assigned by management
• At least 2 years of digital marketing experiences
• Proficient in copywriting bilingually in Chinese and English
• Proven experience as a content creator, with a portfolio of work showcasing your work in photo & video shooting, social media asset design
• Proficient in design software Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc
• Has hands-on experience in Digital Marketing such as Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok, WeChat, etc
• Creative, detailed-oriented and has a positive attitude
• Able to work independence
