We are looking for a Product Packaging Engineer. The candidate is required to liaise with customers on their product and design a packging that is safe for export. The candidate is also required to be responsible for product safety testing such as drop/vibration test with external vendors. Furthermore, the candidate is required to work closely with the production supervisor to ensure all packaging designs are updated.
The candidate is also expected to be responsible for the ISO re-certification. At times, the candidate is also expected to handle heavy equipments. It involves loading/unloading of material so as to be able to check the quality. The candidate needs to ensure that the incoming material matches with the description on the delivery note.
The candidate is expected to be well verse in design software such as autocad, solidworks and others.
