Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Provide directions and guidance to a team of Process Engineers
· Identify opportunities to support cost/quality improvements
· Manage project schedules and timelines
· Management of product and process validations program
· Prepare project documentation including capital requests, design specifications
· Promote positive and healthy working environment within the Department
· Other assignments as instructed by immediate Supervisor
Other job requirements:
· Must have a degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering minimum.
· To lead and organize troubleshooting on major problems encountered and implement process changes and improvements where necessary.
· Able to lead a team of engineers to develop new processes requirement from customer.
· Knowledge of roughening process and other leading technology or equivalent is a must.
· Good knowledge of using statistic method to analyze data.
· Basic knowledge of FMEA, control plan is a must.
· Familiar with CAD software and with some basic lead frame design rules.
· Have some experience in handling NPI activities and customer requirement will be added advantage.
