Job Responsibilities:
Handle customers via phone call
Provided administrative support including invoicing, process order, filling, delivery orders, operation scheduling and handle courier services.
Calling customer for following up outstanding documents and payments
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.
Requirements:
Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking members and customers
Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude.
