Job Description
• Develop long-term strategies to ensure growth of the franchise business within the food services sector by analysing market trends, competitor data, etc.
• Identify and appoint prospective franchisees in target markets.
• Lead negotiations with potential franchisees.
• Ensure agreements are in line with relevant country compliance and organisation governance standards.
• Evaluate performance of the international franchisees and ensure brand consistency across all locations.
• Drive strategic planning for launch of new markets.
• Build trust with new and existing franchise partners, provide them necessary support by way of financing solutions, training etc.
Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any university in business or marketing.
• Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in similar past positions.
• Able to produce structured and effective presentations.
• Experience in APAC region, specifically China, is highly preferred.
• Highly self-motivated, people-oriented & pro-active, and a collaborator with flexibility to take on special initiatives that may arise.
