Job Description.

- Attend to phone calls/ enquiries and follow up in preparing sales quotations, arrange for DO/Invoice

- Support Sales Team’s logistics, administrative matters and support to sales department

- Issue Sales Quotation & Purchase Orders Documents

- Manage incoming and outgoing emails

- Filing of Documents

- Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by hiring manager and management if needed

Job Requirement

- Able to communicate with both English speaking associates and Mandarin speaking associates via email and phone.

-Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office

- Fast learner

- Comfortable working in a team and able to perform under minimal supervision

- Interested working in a Sales department.

• Perform administrative duties such as sorting of documents, filing, data entry, binding and scanning, etc
• Manage phone calls and email queries.
• Calling customer for following up outstanding documents and payments.
• Answer customer's enquiries and to arrange schedules
• Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by G.M
• Ensuring accuracy in receiving and releasing of goods
• Provide administrative/Human resourse support and tasks as assigned
• Basic Microsoft Office skills is required
