Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between company records and bank statements.
- Stock Take: Oversee inventory counting and reconciliation processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and assist in decision-making.
- Payroll Management: Calculate and process employee salaries accurately and on time.
- Daily Operations Data: Manage and review daily operating data for multiple outlets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Master Report Preparation: Compile and prepare monthly master reports (general ledger) for management review.
- GST Report: Prepare and submit GST reports accurately and on time.
- Other Tasks: Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent. Candidates with ACCA background are advantageous.
- Prior experience in using accounting softwares.
- 3+ years of experience in handling full set of accounts
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
