We are hiring for a highly driven and motivated Manager, Internal Communications (APAC) position based in Singapore. The successful candidate will work in the regional Internal Communications team reporting to the Chief of Human Resources, and support local in-market teams to deliver internal communications strategies. 

What will be your mission?

• Working with the regional internal communications team, develop innovative internal communications campaigns, clear narratives, and programmes to engage organisation’s employee base, with a focus on the foodpanda brand and APAC region
• Develop editorial content and work closely with regional and business teams to ensure appropriate messaging
• Build stakeholder relationships across departments and regions to establish relevant messaging and tactics for each campaign and provide internal communications counsel for internal stakeholders
• Lead and support with hybrid event set-up and execution (e.g. Town Halls) to make sure we reach out to all teams
• Support internal communication from the management team through various channels 
• Build a robust community of internal ambassadors to help build a strong engagement
• Measure results of internal communications efficacy and report in a timely fashion
• Manage and support issues management, when necessary
• Work closely with PA & PR teams to make sure there is cohesion between internal and external communication narratives
• Develop and maintain internal communications Standard Operating Procedures, such as internal comms calendars and distribution lists​​​​​

We are hiring for the Head, Growth & Marketing position based in Singapore. This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will also work closely with the MD and other senior leaders to identify and execute high-priority initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.

Topline and Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI tracking
• Continuously develop and optimize marketing mix according to the objectives of the company
• Accountability for delivering topline OKRs in line with budget/targets
   

Growth Planning:

• Define and articulate a clear growth strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on both short-term and long-term objectives
• Identify key growth opportunities in target markets and segments, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
   

360 Marketing and Brand Management:

• Drive marketing campaigns and GTMs that effectively communicate best offerings and value propositions 
• Lead marketing efforts accross full suite of channels, including performance marketing, social media marketing, demand growth, CRM and partnerships
• Develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Continuously develop and grow brand love, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
   

People Leadership and cross-functional alignment:

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
• Provide guidance and direction in setting objectives and achieving marketing goals
• Work closely with the regional marketing team to develop and execute country strategy
• Work closely with the commercial teams across food and grocery businesses to meet business objectives
