We are hiring for the Head, MD Office position based in Singapore. This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will also work closely with the MD and other senior leaders to identify and execute high-priority initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Performance management
- Drive business performance management of the MD Office scope, including goal alignment process, evaluating performance, and driving interventions
- Act as a "bridge" between local leadership and regional stakeholders to:
- Discuss country performance
- Align support from functions, and
- Align and drive strategic priorities
- Work with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) in Singapore on high-impact projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support the MD in decision-making and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the MD on various cross-functional initiatives, encompassing OKR evaluations, preparation and review of Investment Proposals, active engagement in WBRs, analysis of insights derived from discussions, and involvement in other associated projects
- Thought-Partnering
- Support Country Directors in designing solutions to complex business problems
- Conduct research and analysis on key issues and provide recommendations to the MD and relevant local directors
- Collaborate with the MD to identify key priorities, align them with department heads/directors, and offer support through analysis and project management as required
- Take ownership of competitor-related information gathered from customers, riders, and vendors. Work closely with other department heads/directors, including but not limited to those in pricing, deals/discounts, and overall experience, to stay informed about any relevant movements in the market
- Special Projects
- Drive special initiatives that have top-line / bottom-line impact across Singapore
- Manage and oversee strategic C-level projects from ideation to execution
- Build project plans with end-to-end ownership, from planning through delivery, as required
