• Project execution including cost management, coordination with contractors and project related duties.
• Ensure project-engineering work is completed accurately and on schedule.

• To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.

• Provide training & briefing to all new workers.
• Assess the skills of each worker and grade them accordingly.
• Regular check on workers’ punctuality and be aware of the accommodation & transport arrangement.
• Always advise workers to take necessary safety precautions and work safely.
• To report immediately any accidents, schedule falling behind, damage of equipment, etc.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the company.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.

· Assist project manager is the execution of the projects.

· Responsibilites for co-ordination with Consultants, Architects and relevant authorities.

· Design and built Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation systems.

• Cooling load calculations, Equipment selections, Ventilation Duct sizing & Static Pressure loss calculations

· Liaise with Consultants, Main contractor, Suppliers, Sub contractor on Equipment & Material submissions.

· Coordinate with Sub-contractor.

· Monitor and ensure progress of works are carried out according to project specification.

· Assist drafting team for design schematic drawing, layout drawing, P&ID drawing. Review and check drawing before submit to main contractor.

· Oversee the overall planning of ACMV works, site inspection, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.

· Support project manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise.

· Raise MR and order material & arrange manpower for necessary works.

· Advise site team for work schedule and technical issues.

· Make sure project is carried out according to schedule.

· Responsible for site supervision and implementation.

· Responsible for ensuring implementing safety measures.

· Attend periodic meetings on site co-ordination and progress matters.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Required Skill(s): Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.

· Able to start work immediate or within short notice period

· Carry out in-house maintenance duties (including maintenance and repairs to building

fabrics and troubleshoot fire protection system)

· Check and fix mechanical and electrical installations in large office building

· Carry out routine and preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance in the buildings

· Supervise contractors for repair and maintenance works

· Respond and attend to tenant/ user requests

· Familiar with Building Automation System

• Review all the tender drawings and specifications to understand the scope of work upon receiving the invitation from the main contractor, consultant, or clients.
• Source for suppliers and request for quotation.
• Estimating, taking off the bill quantities and measuring the ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary and Electrical services from the tender drawings for commercial buildings and insudtrial building
• Price comparison and costing summary
• Preparing all relevant administration and documentation for Tender submssion, such as technical data, schedule of unit rate, catalogue submission.
• Resource management, cooridnation with supplier and sub-contractors.
• Attend to clients's inquiries and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Work with project engineer to ensure compliance with contracts and monitoring of project costs.
• Responsible of preparing progress payment laims, variation orders. project budgets & cost control, and settlement of the final account.

• Design and shop drawing preparation & submission of automatic fire sprinkler systems.
• Prepare shop drawings from contractual drawing issued by main contractors’ assigned projects.
• Prepare preliminary schemes, penetration drawings as needed.
• Be able to produce pipe schedule hydraulics of his assigned project.
• Have understanding of equipment used in connection with each project.
• Prepare reports to Design Manager of deviations from original Tender drawings.
• Provide clear path of communication & coordination between his counterparts and superiors.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the company.

The Fire Alarm Programmer/System Integrator must be a self-starter, result-oriented, and accept responsibility for achieving desired results. The candidate will be able to read blueprints, understand, and apply customer specifications and follow written and verbal directions. The Fire Alarm Programmer/System Integrator will be certified in Edwards and Honeywell systems. Extinguishing and Sprinkler Systems certifications also desired.

• Must have proven skill level to interpret blueprints and other service documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting, and quality requirements.

• Must be able to travel within the branch territory and/or regional territory as needed.

• Must be able to work at various construction sites with required safety PPE.

• Regular attendance is mandatory.

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.

• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in telecommunications or related technical field and demonstrate the ability to supervise others.

• Must have demonstrated the ability to work with and communicate directly with customers and end-users.

• EST/GENT Certificated programmer/trouble-shooter is highly recommended.

• Work independently or as a team member.

• Able to lead a team and train co-workers.

• Must be able to read blueprints, understand and apply customer specifications

• Possess good troubleshooting and communication skills, be computer literate, and have a clean driving record.
