Job Summary
Responsible as the main designer for projects and tenders and to support the project team with design development and ideation, project design coordination and documentation from initial design to tender stage. Liaison and coordination with internal and external consultants and clients team and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead/Manage and develop the design project from ideation to completion in accordance to clients' and authority’s requirements.
Conduct research and site investigation to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
Ensure design intent is accurately translated into detailed specifications and drawings for implementation.
Produce working drawings and 3D designs/renders/perspectives adhere to design intent.
Ensure project team’s current workflow practices are in line with company standards and proposed improvements
Establish good working relationships with different parties to promote continued partnerships

Who should apply
Minimum 4-8 years’ relevant experience as architectural assistant
Strong portfolio in design and rendering skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Board of Architects (BOA)
Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, Enscape
Experience in delivering projects from concept to completion of construction
