Responsibilities:
- Produce design concepts - includes space planning, render 3D perspectives and construction drawings
- To receive requirement brief and discuss project with internal design team and external contractors/suppliers
- Source and select materials, furnishings, lighting fixtures and accessories that enhance the overall design concept
- Prepare presentation materials and design documentations
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Interior Design, preferably specializing in Corporate Office Interior Design
- Recognized Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-ray, Photoshop and other design related software
- Possess excellent design flair and highly creative with a good eye for design details
- Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills with strong design portfolio
- Positive attitude, result-oriented and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
