Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of event elements
Manage all aspects of event operations, including setup, teardown, and day-to-day operations during the event
Develop and implement strategies to ensure a high-quality customer experience, including customer service and engagement
Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure successful execution of all event operations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders
Analyze event metrics and provide reports to management, including budget analysis and attendance reports
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
Bachelor's degree in management, hospitality, business administration or related field
At least 5 years of experience in event operations management, preferably in retail industry
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in budget management and analysis
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
Willing to work on weekends
Willing to work long hours when company is in need of work
