Handle work pass applications (new & renewal)
Arrange entry permit for new workers
Assist in handling payroll related matters (Salary/OT/CPF/IR8A/IR21/Levy)
Arrange insurance cover notes for jobs
Handle dormitory related matters – tenancy agreements/check-in & out
Handle government paid leaves – childcare / NS man pay / maternity
Handle levy waivers
Assist in Company events
Purchase and monitoring of Company Season Parking
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experiences in construction or manufacturing industries
Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and CPF Act
Effectively bilingual (English / Mandarin) and possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written to liaise with Mandarin speaking employees
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Familiar with Infotech
Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
