We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales /Specifying Manager specializing in Lighting Control System Products, particularly in EIB/KNX, Lutron and Energy Management related Products. The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of project management, from initial client engagement to final commissioning, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical knowledge in control systems and a proven track record in sales and project management within the automation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects involving Lighting controls EIB/KNX, Lutron and Energy Management system related Confrom conception to completion.
• Collaborate closely with M&E Consultants, Lighting Consultants, Suppliers, and Contractors to define project requirements and specifications.
• Provide expertise in upstream specification activities to consultants to align project needs with product capabilities.
• Prepare and handle tender documents, ensuring compliance and timely submission
• Prepare and provide timely updates of design-in activities to the management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the automation products sector.
• Present product solutions to clients, emphasizing the benefits and technical capabilities of EIB/KNX, Lutron, and relevant System solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to automation and lighting systems.
• Utilize knowledge of all related System and other relevant technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Able to generate sales lead from lighting consultants, Architect & MEP consultants.
• To follow up project tenders with contractors and provide accurate quotation
• Knowledgeable in Autocad schematic drawings & Electrical will be an advantage
• Good communication skills, positive mindset towards customers and fellow colleagues
• Self-initiative, Independent, hard-working and team leadership skills
• Knowledge in LED lighting, lighting control system function will be advantage

Requirements

· Preferably Diploma or ITE in related Engineering

· Min 2-3 years relevant experience required

· Knowledge in Lighting Control System function will be advantage.

· Proficient in AutoCAD & Electrical schematic drawings

· Independently performing tender process and manage project timeline

· Self-initiative, hard-working and able to perform overtime if necessary

· Training will be provided

· Singaporean / PR are welcome

· Assist System Engineer on site work

· Prepare product catalogue/specification, schematic drawing submission or physical samples for customer/consultant approval

· Participate site meeting, maintain good written records and update to superior/management progressively

· Outstanding skills to troubleshoot, rectify and resolve all kinds of issues on site

· Perform scheduled system maintenance works on site and require to work after office hours or during weekends

Duties and Responsibilities

• To be able to assist Sales and Business Development Team in the counting of Lighting control system components.

• To be able to provide project tender Bill of Quantities (BQ) in order to generate accurate quotations.

• To be able to do AutoCAD drawing or lighting control schematic for projects.
