Assume a role in Client Servicing and Account Management, focused on fully supporting Senior Sales Manager, maintain business relationships with referrers and external salespeople.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as main contact point for referrers and external salespeople
- Gather, organise and verify financial documents for loan processing and disbursement
- When necessary, follow-up with salespeople for customer’s documentations
- Monitor and update loan application approval statuses
- Handle negotiation requests and feedback
- Process and monitor insurance renewal and vehicle leasing cases
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Senior Sales Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in the client servicing and processing role in the automotive industry
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with number crunching
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
