Hiring: Admin Assistant
Location: Kovan Campus (walking distance from Kovan MRT station)
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (alternate)
Salary range: $2200 to $2800 per month (commensurate with experience)
Job Description:
- Handling of agents’ paperwork
- Issue certificates for students
- Prepare documents for monthly Academic/Exam Board meetings
- Chasing payment for programme fee and school bus fee by ways of emails and calls
- Handling school bus application by checking forms are completed, documents are submitted
- Check invoices from transporter for accuracy
- Attend to complaints from students
- Other admin duties as assigned by HOD
Requirements:
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous with good follow-up skills
