Responsibilities
- As a member of Group Strategic Committee, to help for making the strategy and direction of the group of company
- Execute the strategy and oversee all the operation and business processes in responsible area (South East Asia, Middle East, Oceania)
- Responsible for the division of Product Development, Purchasing, Direct Store Operation, Franchise Support of HQ in Singapore
- Reporting to the Group CEO for the Plan, Analysis, Progress, Result etc.
- Troubleshoot and solve ad-hoc issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in food & beverages industry
- 5 years of management experience
- Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and thrive in a distributed and multicultural team setting
- Strong commercial and operational acumen and critical problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills to develop reporting, effectively make use of tools and other business processes to elevate operations
- Fluency in English and Japanese, require both communicating and written in Japanese to liaise with Japan Headquarter and conduct business discussions seamlessly.
