Key Responsibilities
Communicating efficiently with other departments.
Timely reconciliation of voyage results
Preparing monthly financial reports.
Respond to vessel owners’ queries.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Collating, preparing, interpreting, and reporting month-end financial results of each vessel
Prepare AR report and collaborate closely with the operation team on overdue receivables
Producing consolidated financial reports related to, account payables, account receivables, loans, expenses, etc.
Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Shipping industry experience preferred.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to stick to time constraints.
